Flood Relief for Malwathu Oya Communities – 2015
On 24.02.2015, our Economic Division distributed dry rations to 400 low-income families affected by floods in December 2014 along the Malwathu Oya river. This relief effort was supported by the Japan Reiyukai Organization and the Anuradhapura Municipal Council.

New Year Relief for Kodigala – 2015
Ahead of the Sinhala and Tamil New Year on 08.04.2015, we donated 200 dry ration parcels to underserved families in Kodigala, a rural village in the Anuradhapura District.

Promoting Financial Literacy – 2015
In June 2015, we launched a savings awareness campaign by distributing coin-collecting containers to 100 low-income families. The project aimed to encourage household savings, focusing especially on empowering housewives.

New Year Gifts – Jayanthi Mawatha
Gift packs were distributed among economically challenged families in the Jayanthi Mawatha area during the Sinhala and Tamil New Year season.

New Year Support for Yasasiripura – 2016
To mark the Sinhala and Tamil New Year in 2016, gift items were shared with low-income families in the Yasasiripura area.

New Year Dry Ration Distribution – 2017
In 2017, around 250 dry ration parcels were donated to low-income families to support them during the New Year celebrations.

Empowering a Visually Impaired Individual – 2021
On 29.01.2021, we helped Miss H.P.D. Imalka of 585/D, Sudarshana Mawatha, Kuruna, Katunayake — a woman born blind — by arranging a sustainable income-generating opportunity through our club.

Ongoing Support for Jewantha Rathnayaka – 2021
On 28.02.2021, we visited Jewantha Rathnayaka, an inborn visually impaired and asthmatic student from Galenbindunuwewa. We committed to providing him and his family with a monthly allowance, necessary medicines, medical equipment, and dry rations to support their wellbeing.
